Work may be paused if payments are delayed
Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content, unless otherwise agreed. Web Creative Lab reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Web Creative Lab is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or website.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. All completed work up to that point must be paid for according to the agreement.
