At Web Creative Lab, we aim to provide high-quality website design and development services. As our services are digital and custom-made, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines how refunds are handled.

1. Service-Based Policy

All services provided by Web Creative Lab are custom digital services. Once a project has started, work time, planning, and resources are allocated specifically for the client.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet started, a full refund may be issued

  • If the project is canceled before major work begins, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed

Once design, development, or implementation work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, you will be charged for the work already completed. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.

4. No Returns on Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services, completed work, delivered files, or live websites cannot be returned.
